During my recent visit to Helnan, I found the hotel balances luxury with practicality. Nestled away from the bustling crowds yet conveniently close to Cardiff's cultural highlights, it places you in a perfect position to unwind after a day of exploring. The huge swimming pool, ideal for families, offers safety for children while also catering to thrill-seekers with water sports options. The genuine friendliness of the staff made our stay feel homely. Kudos to Mr Karim at reception; he handled our reservation needs with admirable efficiency. Each morning, our room, complete with a terrace, welcomed us with a lovely view. While the beach area is undergoing enhancements, it remains enjoyable. With amenities like laundry services and free Wi-Fi, Helnan strikes a fine balance of value amidst its luxury offerings.
